Bug fixes

Payments & refunds

  • Fixed an issue where a check could keep reporting an ongoing payment after the terminal had already completed it

  • Fixed an issue where a completed payment could be incorrectly reported as failed

  • Fixed an issue where a refund could be sent after an already completed reversal/cancel, which could cause an incorrect negative balance and a payout discrepancy

Ancon Order

  • Fixed an issue where a company's menu override was replaced by the outlet's standard menu when a company user opened the outlet page

  • Fixed an issue where prices in GBP were displayed in the wrong format in Ancon Order and Express (UK)

Admin & Backoffice

  • Fixed an issue where administrators could not change physical wallet numbers

  • Fixed an issue where the settings page could not be scrolled all the way down

API, integrations & reporting

  • Fixed an issue where voucher and accounting lines in Z-reports returned incorrect or missing names via the public API

Improvements

  • HubSpot integration: historical order data can now be synced to HubSpot afterwards for a selected date range, for example if the integration has been inactive or misconfigured for a period. The sync processes one day at a time and shows its progress — a longer date range may take a while to complete

  • HubSpot integration: guest orders no longer create duplicate contacts. Guests are now matched against existing contacts instead of a new contact being created for every order

  • HubSpot integration: order line items are now included on HubSpot orders as a multi-line property, listed as product name and quantity

  • HubSpot integration: New order log view in Admin, making it easier to follow up on the orders sent to connected integrations

  • Improved handling of partial refunds via PSP

  • Improved stability and performance in reporting
