Guest Groups – Expanded Functionality

Guest Groups have been significantly expanded across the platform, enabling better segmentation, pricing, and guest management.

• Create, edit, and delete Guest Groups in Backoffice

• View and manage Guest Group lists, including filtering and bulk editing

• Assign guests and companies to Guest Groups

• Set a default Guest Group for new guests

• Use Guest Groups in price presets (POS and AOW)

• Identify guests and add them to Guest Groups directly from POS

• Display Account QR for guests in Ancon Order Web (AOW)

KDS – Improved Filtering

Better control over what is displayed in the kitchen:

• Filter order source in Guest KDS, such as POS, Ancon Order Web, or other order flows

Backoffice – Product Page Improvements

Continued improvements to the product management experience:

• Updated layout and improved structure of the product page (“Product page glow-up”)

• New Basic View button for simpler product editing

• Improved image handling when saving products

🛠️ Bug Fixes & Stability Improvements

• Fixed an issue where products with modal selections (variants, multiproducts, weight/volume, etc.) could not be selected in POS unless a basic product was added first

• Resolved a UI issue on 13” MacBooks where an overlay layer blocked access to delete variant actions

• Improved handling of order numbers for collection tickets and SMS in AOW/AOA

• Improved QR scanning in POS when guests have both a physical card and a QR wallet linked

• General performance and stability improvements across POS and backoffice
