Monday’s update includes bug fixes and the activation of flexible VAT rates for Swedish outlets. This means that products in Sweden can now be sold with different VAT rates depending on order type (Eat-in & Takeaway).

Flexible VAT for Swedish outlets

Flexible VAT handling is now enabled for Swedish outlets, allowing different VAT rates based on order type.

Account & User Management

  • Fixed an issue where registration could show the error "Customer email is already in use" for company users

  • Resolved duplicate companies being displayed to users

  • Fixed an issue where backoffice changes were not always reflected correctly

  • Resolved inconsistencies related to case sensitivity when creating accounts

  • Restored the ability to edit company member user information

  • Fixed an issue where verification emails were not sent correctly

  • Improved the user invitation flow, including phone number requirements and edge-case lock situations

Orders & Payments

  • Ensured that pre-orders cannot be completed without a valid payment

  • Added validation for price changes in pre-orders

  • Fixed an issue where refunds failed when invoices were locked

  • Fixed an issue where “ASAP” was incorrectly shown on receipts without a defined service time

POS & Express

  • Fixed multiple crashes (Unhandled Exceptions) in POS and Admin

  • Resolved issues with currency handling in certain views

  • Improved behavior for payment methods linked to guest functionality

  • Fixed UI issues on Android devices, including layout and button accessibility

  • Improved handling of user switching and unlinking guests

Admin & Backoffice

  • Fixed display issues in order details (e.g., incorrect totals)

  • Resolved issues in forecast and settings views

  • Improved stability in handling add-ons and pre-orders
