Ancon R16.3

This release includes stability improvements across POS, Admin, Express, and Guest functionality, along with new capabilities for Guest Groups and Wallet usage. Several backend performance upgrades and platform updates are also included.

New features

Guest Groups & Wallet improvements

Guest identification and wallet functionality have been expanded across the platform.

  • Guests can now be identified directly in Express.

  • Wallets can be sold and used with Guest Groups in POS and Express.

  • Express now supports Guest Group payments.

  • Express users can top up wallets by scanning their Guest QR code.

Backoffice

  • Added google SSO sign-in in backoffice

Several underlying platform components have been upgraded to improve reliability and performance.

POS

  • Fixed an issue where Adyen card payments could not be cancelled.

  • Fixed inconsistent messages when refunds were processed through Adyen.

  • Fixed an issue where Pay@Table could crash after PIN entry.

  • Fixed an issue where receipt printing stopped if “Ask to print” was disabled.

  • Fixed cases where receipt printers could become deselected automatically.

  • Fixed incorrect product multiplication when using the numpad with multi-products.

  • Fixed UI not updating when reducing quantity of printed or ticketed items.

  • Fixed issues when moving or splitting products between checks showing incorrect check numbers.

  • Fixed problems where QR scanning stopped working due to SDK compatibility issues.

  • Fixed visual issues introduced by OS version 26.2 affecting button shadows.

  • Fixed pricing behavior where take-away price presets did not apply after switching order type.

  • Fixed outlet-specific pricing not applying correctly when pricing presets skipped the product modal.

Guest & customer functionality

  • Fixed cases where users were incorrectly asked to complete registration when an account already existed.

  • Fixed missing verification emails/SMS when linking imported wallets.

  • Fixed issues scanning Guest QR codes via USB scanners.

  • Fixed Guest Groups errors that could occur when editing guest profiles.

  • Fixed issues where Guest Group discounts required incorrect configuration to apply.

Admin

  • Fixed an issue where updating a product image returned a 405 error.

  • Fixed blank screen after creating pricing presets from the product page.

  • Improved the product image selection interface to reduce confusion around aspect ratio.

  • Fixed issue where deleting a printer in a shared tenant changed printer settings to “Do not print” across outlets.

Orders, payments & reports

  • Fixed issue where full cash payments were incorrectly treated as currency differences.

  • Restored missing “Change sum” row in X/Z reports.

  • Fixed missing account numbers on Eat-in vouchers affecting SIE exports.

Online ordering & Express

  • Fixed incorrect pre-order delivery times for orders scheduled more than four days ahead.

  • Fixed layout issues where text was cut off in Pay N’ Go views.

  • Fixed issue where standard products incorrectly triggered add-on prompts across shared outlets.
